COLLABORATIVE GROWTH

The team of five executives, including the current CEO, worked with Stratega for almost two years, in a process divided into three stages: preparation, reinvention journey and implementation. The second stage lasted 12 months and the executives went through the entire IDeA Framework methodology in a hybrid work with four face-to-face labs (Impact, Imagine, Design and Accelerate) and monthly online follow-up meetings with Stratega consultants, who also accompanied the implementation of the main domain created during six months.

The group co-ordinated the engagement of more than 20 leaders who collaborated directly on the project, initially being introduced to the methodology and tools and then building together the growth plan that would affect all areas of the business.

We've gained a lot in the sense of how to structure, how to put more on paper, because ideas come up very quickly, it's a company that generates ideas all the time, but to be able to turn that into a business, to be able to structure it well, it involves different areas... I think we've gained more tools, we've gained more exchange in the sense of structuring these ideas better and better before they get off the ground."

IMPACTING BUSINESS AND PEOPLE

The project team identified 10 new domains and chose to simultaneously work on strategies to expand its market, which also aimed to increase revenue 10-fold.

As a result, the fashion tech company created a new recurring revenue business model for one of its solutions, drew up an action plan for the growth of its franchises and began an internationalisation strategy.

Moreover, this collaborative effort had a significant impact among managers. The intense work on the project, combined with the delivery of consistent results in the company and the effort to guide various areas on this journey of reinvention, resulted in the maturing of the leadership. A clear example of this was the invitation made to one of the team members, who took over as CEO of the company shortly after the implementation of the new strategic plan began.

Before this work, my leaders were scared when I asked for a plan to double the size of the company. Now, we talk about a 10-fold growth plan and they go along with me."
